Mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)%Calcium hydroxide%Young permanent teeth apexification
目的:评价无机三氧化物聚合体(MTA)以及传统钙制剂用于根尖诱导成形术的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2011年10月在福建省立医院口腔科就诊的85例8-18岁患者的90颗牙根未发育完全的年轻恒牙,随机分为MTA组、碘仿氢氧化钙制剂(Vitapex糊剂)组以及氢氧化钙组,每组30颗牙,分别进行根尖诱导成形术,术后随访2年并对比观察其临床疗效。结果(1)诱导周期:MTA组、Vitapex糊剂组和氢氧化钙糊剂组每两组诱导周期之间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001)。(2)诱导效果:MTA组成功率93.33%,Vitapex组为83.33%,氢氧化钙组为70%,差异有统计学意义。结论 MTA具有良好的根尖诱导作用,且诱导周期较短。

목적:평개무궤삼양화물취합체(MTA)이급전통개제제용우근첨유도성형술적림상료효。방법선택2009년1월지2011년10월재복건성립의원구강과취진적85례8-18세환자적90과아근미발육완전적년경항아,수궤분위MTA조、전방경양화개제제(Vitapex호제)조이급경양화개조,매조30과아,분별진행근첨유도성형술,술후수방2년병대비관찰기림상료효。결과(1)유도주기:MTA조、Vitapex호제조화경양화개호제조매량조유도주기지간차이균유현저성의의(P<0.001)。(2)유도효과:MTA조성공솔93.33%,Vitapex조위83.33%,경양화개조위70%,차이유통계학의의。결론 MTA구유량호적근첨유도작용,차유도주기교단。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and traditional calcium preparations used for young permanent tooth apexification. Methods January 2009 and October 2009 in Fujian province hospital stomatological department of 85 cases with 8-18 young permanent who’s teeth apex has not fully developed,were randomly divid-ed into the MTA group (30 teeth),Vitapex paste group (30 teeth) and Calcium hydroxide group (30),use the MTA,Vitapex and Calcium hydroxide paste respectively on young permanent tooth apexification. Postoperative follow-up of 2 years and observe its clinical curative effect. Results (1)Induction cycle:the MTA,the Vitapex and calcium hydroxide cataplasm group differences be-tween every two group of induction period were significant (P<0.001);(2)Induced effect:the success rates of MTA was 93.33%,Vi-tapex group was 83.33%,Calcium hydroxide group was 70%,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion MTA is better than Vitapex and Calcium hydroxide paste in the young permanent tooth apexification.
