为使配网规划、运行等相关人员快速、全面、准确地掌握市区10 kV配网线路信息,提出将10 kV配网线路按照基于线路物理属性的直接法分成若干线路段,对每一段线路的保护配置、线路型号及载流量、用户情况、供电容量、供电区域、同杆线路和操作注意事项等信息分别进行搜集与整理,建立市区10 kV配网线路信息数据库,并通过设置链接的方式将该数据库中的信息嵌入至市区供电公司调度自动化系统,实现市区10 kV配网线路信息的一体化管理。实践证明,采用该管理方法能大幅提高配网调度、运维等工作的效率,对提高供电可靠性具有积极作用。

To make distribution network planners, operators and other staff master information of 10kV distribution network lines in city quickly, completely and accurately, a direct method based on line phys-ical attributes is put forward,according to which 10kV distribution lines are divided into sections. For ev-ery line section, information such as configuration of relay protection, line type and current-carrying ca-pacity, users, power supply capacity and area, parallel lines, operating precautions, etc is collected and arranged. A database for 10kV distribution line sections is established, and information from the database is implanted into power dispatching automation system of a city power supply company through setting links, thereby integrated management for 10kV distribution lines is realized. Practice shows that the man-agement could improve efficiency of distribution network planning and operating greatly, and play an active role in improving reliability of power supply.
