高校学生党建工作是学生思想政治工作的核心，也是加强学生思想政治工作的根本途径。在新形势下，高校学生党建工作所处的环境、担负的任务以及自身的状况发生了重大变化。为此，高校应该积极探索学生党建创新工作模式。河海大学能源与电气学院学生党建工作模式，加强新时期大学生党建工作探索和实践的大胆尝试，整个模式涵盖指导方针、制度体系、实施模块、组织环境和特色创新五个方面。文章分别从实施条件、实施模块以及实施成果进行论述。

The students's Party construction mode of Energy and Electrical En-gineering of Hohai University is a bold attempt to strengthen the exploration and practice of the college students' Party con-struction in the new period.The whole mode covers five aspects totally:guidelines, institutional system, implementation of the module, The organizational environment and features innovation.The article is discussed separately from the conditions, the module and the outcome of the implementation.
