【目的】探讨艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症伴抑郁的临床疗效和安全性。【方法】将80例老年精神分裂症伴抑郁患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，观察组给予艾司西酞普兰合用奥氮平治疗，对照组给予奥氮平治疗，疗程12周。于治疗前和治疗后4、8、12周分别使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和不良反应量表（TESS）进行测评。【结果】治疗前两组 HAMD 评分差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。治疗4、8、12周后，观察组和对照组的 HAMD评分均低于治疗前（ P ＜0．05）；观察组4、8、12周HAMD评分均低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组有效率（85．0％）显著高于对照组（60．0％）（ P ＜0．05）；两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。【结论】艾司西酞普兰合用奥氮平治疗老年精神分裂症伴抑郁疗效较好，安全性高。
【목적】탐토애사서태보란연합오담평치료노년정신분렬증반억욱적림상료효화안전성。【방법】장80례노년정신분렬증반억욱환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각40례，관찰조급여애사서태보란합용오담평치료，대조조급여오담평치료，료정12주。우치료전화치료후4、8、12주분별사용한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）화불량반응량표（TESS）진행측평。【결과】치료전량조 HAMD 평분차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。치료4、8、12주후，관찰조화대조조적 HAMD평분균저우치료전（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조4、8、12주HAMD평분균저우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；관찰조유효솔（85．0％）현저고우대조조（60．0％）（ P ＜0．05）；량조간불량반응발생솔차이무통계학의의（ P ＞0．05）。【결론】애사서태보란합용오담평치료노년정신분렬증반억욱료효교호，안전성고。
[Objective] To explore clinical efficacy and safety of escitalopram citalopram combined with olanzapine for the treatment of senile schizophrenia with depression .[Methods] Eighty elderly patients with schizophrenia and depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group .The observation group( n=40) was given escitalopram citalopram combined with olanzapine treatment ,while the control group ( n = 40) was given olanzapine treatment .The treatment lasted for 12 weeks .Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) was used to assess before and 4 ,8 and 12 weeks af-ter treatment .[Results]There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between two groups before treat-ment( P >0 .05) .HAMD scores of observation group and control group 4 ,8 and 12 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment ( P < 0 .05) .HAMD scores of observation group were lower than those of control group at 4 ,8 and 12 weeks(P<0 .05) .The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(85 .0% vs .60 .0% ,P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups ( P > 0 .05) .[Conclusion]Escitalopram citalopram combined with olanzapine for the treatment of senile schizophrenia with depression has good efficacy and high safety .
