辊道是轧钢生产线上运送轧件的主要设备,其轴承的失效将导致轧线的瘫痪,随时了解和掌握轴承的运行状态并及时发现故障十分重要,通过构建设备辐射噪声场监听冲击脉冲波,经特征频率及共振分析,研究出了“直观的动态图像噪声源的识别与定位”技术,更有效、更准确地诊断出滚动轴承的故障部位,取得了与实际情况完全吻合的诊断结果。
