过去学者们多从“运用”的角度研究司法语言。近年来随着国家语言生活的快速变化，语言服务研究悄然兴起。以语言服务为视角，司法领域的语言服务主要包括法庭语言翻译、书面语鉴定、录音会话分析、手机短信与网络页面语分析等方面。当前司法领域中的语言服务现状不是令人满意的，我们必须完善相关制度，培养与培训并重，做好司法领域的语言服务。

In the past ,the research on judicial language was mostly conducted by scholars from an applied aspect .Since changes have happened rapidly in the national language situation ,the research on language service has been developing in recent years .The paper focuses on the language service in the judicial field ,w hich mainly consists of court interpretation ,authentication of w ritings ,analysis of recorded con-versations ,analysis of text messages and language on the webpage ,etc .The current situation of lan-guage service in the judicial field is not satisfactory enough .Relative regulations and institution should be established and be improved ,through cultivation as well as training ,to deliver quality language serv-ice in the judicial field .
