为了研究不同形貌特征的银枝晶的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应,通过在不同表面形貌的生长基底(利用酸刻蚀和碱刻蚀处理所得)上生长银枝晶,实现银枝晶分枝密度的调控,利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对三种银枝晶的形貌特征进行了表征分析。从银枝晶生长机理入手,分析了银枝晶生长过程及其生长过程中硅基底表面结构产生的影响。以R6 G的低浓度水溶液作为被探测物质,利用激光共焦显微拉曼光谱仪器比较分析了三种不同形貌的银枝晶的表面增强拉曼散射效应,建立了相邻银枝晶分枝间隙距离与“活性热点”分布密度的关系。

To investigate the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)effects of different morphologies of silver dendrite,the silver dendrite branch density regulation has been realized by using different surface structures of the substrate,which are ob-tained through the acid etching method and the alkali etching method.Moreover,three different morphologies of silver dendrite have been analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM)and transmission electron microscope (TEM).And,from the perspective of the silver dendrite growth mechanism,the silver dendrite growth process and the effects of different silicon sub-strate surface structures on the process have been analyzed.Furthermore,with low concentration of R6G aqueous solution as the detected material,the SERS performance of three different morphologies of silver dendrite is further analyzed by means of laser confocal microscopic Raman spectroscopy instrument,and the relationship between the gap distances of adj acent silver dendrite branches and“hot spot”distribution density is discussed.
