为了降低TD-SCDM A的网络建设成本,提出了基于人工鱼群算法的基站规划方案。阐述了TD -SCDM A基站建设的困难和位置规划原理,设计了人工鱼和食物浓度函数,给出了A FS A解决基站位置规划问题的算法框架,并进行了仿真实验。实验结果表明:该方案可以获得更高的网络覆盖率,同时有利于降低网络建设成本,具有较高的应用价值。

To reduce the cost of TD-SCDMA network construction ,a solution of base station location planning problem based on Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm was proposed .The difficulties of TD-SCDMA base station construction and the principle of location planning were expound ,AF and food concentration function were designed ,the framework of AFSA for base station location planning problem was given ,and simulation experiments were done to validate the proposed algo-rithm .Experimental result shows that the proposed solution can obtain higher network coverage rate with lower cost of network construction relatively ,and has the advantage of good application value .
