笔者通过一起因《医疗机构执业许可证》有效期限到期未及时取缔的卫生行政处罚案例，讨论、分析了在查处此类违法行为过程中遇到的问题，甚至会使卫生行政部门面临被行政诉讼的风险，由此引发了作者对问题产生原因的深入思考，并针对现阶段如何应对这一违法行为提出了建议。
筆者通過一起因《醫療機構執業許可證》有效期限到期未及時取締的衛生行政處罰案例，討論、分析瞭在查處此類違法行為過程中遇到的問題，甚至會使衛生行政部門麵臨被行政訴訟的風險，由此引髮瞭作者對問題產生原因的深入思攷，併針對現階段如何應對這一違法行為提齣瞭建議。
