为探讨加油站员工的心理资本与工作倦怠和离职意愿的关系,采用随机整群抽样法,在某石油公司加油站员工中进行抽样调查,发现加油站员工的心理资本及维度均与工作倦怠各维度和离职意愿呈显著负相关(P<0.01);而加油站员工的工作倦怠及各维度与离职意愿呈显著正相关(P<0.01);得出的结论是心理资本可以降低加油站员工工作倦怠和离职意愿水平。

To examine the connection between the psychological capital of employees at gas stations and their burnout and turnover intention, the authors adopt the method of random sampling on an oil company’s employees at gas stations. The research finds a significant negative correlation between the employees’ psychological capital&its various dimensions and the burnout dimensions&turnover intention (P<0.01), and an obvious positive correlation between the employees’ burnout&its various dimensions and the turnover intention (P<0.01). The conclusion is that psychological capital can reduce the burnout and turnover intention levels of employees at gas stations.
