比较了对掺法、热还原法与熔盐电解法制备Al-Sc中间合金各自的优缺点，重点阐述了熔盐电解法制备Al-Sc中间合金的研究进展和存在问题，指出借鉴熔盐电解法炼铝工艺，进一步开展从基础到产业化的相关技术研究，有望实现其工业化应用。

The advantages and disadvantages of direct mixing ,thermic reduction and molten salt e-lectrolytic methods,which were used to prepare Al -Sc master alloy,were compared.The progress of preparing Al-Sc master alloy by molten salt electrolysis was discussed .To realize its applica-tion,the development effort should concentrate on the fundamental research and the engineering -o-riented technique based on the Hall -Héroult molten electrolysis .
