以六偏磷酸钠为参照,研究了铝土矿的正浮选工艺条件,进行了新型抑制剂ZMD的对比试验,研究表明ZMD的浮选效果更优。以ZMD为抑制剂,针对两种铝土矿原矿,进行了正浮选闭路试验,取得了优异的工艺指标:针对原矿铝硅比为5左右的铝土矿,获得了铝硅比7.08、氧化铝回收率90.22%的精矿;针对原矿铝硅比为3左右的铝土矿,获得了铝硅比7.72、氧化铝回收率70.56%的精矿。

With common depressorcalgon as a reference ,the authors studied on the direct flotation process of bauxite , carried on the contrast tests for the new depressor ZMD .Results indicated the flotation performance of ZMD was better .Employing ZMD as the depressor ,circuit tests for two dif-ferent bauxite ores were conducted , and the outstanding index was gained .Processing the bauxite ores of A/S=5 and A/S=3,the A/S of final concentrate are 7.08 and 7.72;the recovery rate of Al2O3 are 90.22%and 70.56%,respectively.
