一辆大货车自上而下驶出上弯道,正行驶在两弯道间的直道上,这时正好有一辆小轿车自下而上刚驶出下弯道,两车在会车中发生碰撞。要求查明发生碰撞的原因,并确定两车在第一接触时的位置,以便为责任认定提供依据。弯道正处于下坡路段,小轿车在弯道行驶中自然加速会产生“不足转向”。“不足转向”使许多重心靠前的小型车辆驶出弯道时向外侧跑偏,这就是小轿车斜向侧撞大货车的原因。驾驶员一般习惯于走大圆弧,在走出弯道后自然就超越了中线。因此,在刚驶出弯道的情况下,超越中线半米是不奇怪的。综合分析,造成这起撞车事故,双方都有责任。

A large truck pulled out from top to bottom on the curve, driving straight between the two curves when a car just pulled out of the curve from bottom to top, so the two vehicles collided in the meeting. Asked to identify the cause of the collision, the two vehicles and determine the location at the time of first contact, in order to provide a basis for liability identified. The curve is in the downhill section, so when the car was driving on a curve, acceleration will naturally produce “understeer,” which would cause many minitype vehicles with center of gravity forward deviate to the outside in driving out of a curve. This is the reason the car side-impacted the truck obliquely. Drivers are generally accustomed to taking the big arc and go beyond the midline after driving out of the curve. Therefore, in the case of just pulling out of the curve, it is not surprising to go beyond the center line half a meter. The comprehensive analysis shows that the cause of this crash was that the two sides had a responsibility.
