通过对满装圆柱滚子轴承的锁量及圆周总间隙的计算，确定出合适的锁量、圆周总间隙的范围，并通过滚道公差与滚子公差的迭代，计算出配套轴承的滚道、滚子对应的公差范围，既方便了满装圆柱滚子轴承的合理设计，又给轴承的装配提供珍贵的参考数据。同时，通过计算机语言的帮助，极大地提高了计算、分选的效率。
通過對滿裝圓柱滾子軸承的鎖量及圓週總間隙的計算，確定齣閤適的鎖量、圓週總間隙的範圍，併通過滾道公差與滾子公差的迭代，計算齣配套軸承的滾道、滾子對應的公差範圍，既方便瞭滿裝圓柱滾子軸承的閤理設計，又給軸承的裝配提供珍貴的參攷數據。同時，通過計算機語言的幫助，極大地提高瞭計算、分選的效率。

Through calculating self-locking amount and total circumferential clearance of full complement cylindrical roller bearing,the range of proper self-locking amount and total circumferential clearance are determined, and through the iteration of raceway tolerances and roller tolerances, the tolerance range corresponding to raceway and roller of the matching bearing is calculated to both be convenient for the reasonable desige of full complement cylindrical roller bearing and provide valuable reference data for the bearing assembly.At the same time,by the help of the computer language,the efifciency of calculating and sorting is improved greatly.
