目的：总结颈椎手术患者术前术后护理方法及体会。方法对183例颈椎手术患者进行的护理干预：①术前心理护理，通过术前进行护理干预，了解患者心理、身体状况，作出潜在的护理诊断。②制定护理措施，包括心理护理、生活护理、常规检查护理、功能训练护理等措施。③加强术前和术后护理，严密观察患者生命体征变化、避免体位性损伤、避免体液不足等危险情况的发生。结果颈椎手术患者术前和术后护理对病情的治疗及康复非常重要，任何一个环节，尤其是生命体征变化至关重要，要做到及时发现及时治疗及时护理。结论护理干预有效提高了颈椎手术患者术前和术后的护理质量。

Objective Summary cervical vertebra surgery patients preoperative postoperative nursing methods and experience .Methods Through the 183 cases of patients with cervical vertebra surgery .We have the following experience:①pgychological nursing .Nursing intervention in through the preoperative understand psychological,physical situation patients,make a potential nursing diagnosis.② make nursing measures,inclu-ding psychological care ,life care,regular check nursing ,function training care measures .③strengthen the pre-operative and postoperative nursing ,close observation of the patient vital signs change ,avoid orthostatic injury , avoid body fluids such as insufficient risk situations .Results Cervical vertebra surgery patients preoperative , postoperative nursing for the treatment of disease and recovery is very important ,any a link ,particularly the life changes vital signs ,to do the timely discovery treated timely care .Conclusion Nursing intervention has effec-tively improved the cervical vertebra surgery patients preoperative, postoperative nursing quality .
