目的：通过分析各种肺内空洞的HRCT表现，探讨HRCT在肺内单发空洞性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析46例经病理证实的肺内单发空洞病人的病例资料，所有病例均行Toshiba Equilion 64层CT机或Philips Brilliance 64层CT机快速容积扫描，其中增强扫描28例。结果本组病例CT良恶性诊断与病理诊断符合率达93．5％，误诊率6．5％。结论结合临床表现及相关病史，64层CT机快速容积扫描对肺部空洞的定性诊断有着非常重要的作用。
目的：通過分析各種肺內空洞的HRCT錶現，探討HRCT在肺內單髮空洞性病變的診斷價值。方法迴顧性分析46例經病理證實的肺內單髮空洞病人的病例資料，所有病例均行Toshiba Equilion 64層CT機或Philips Brilliance 64層CT機快速容積掃描，其中增彊掃描28例。結果本組病例CT良噁性診斷與病理診斷符閤率達93．5％，誤診率6．5％。結論結閤臨床錶現及相關病史，64層CT機快速容積掃描對肺部空洞的定性診斷有著非常重要的作用。
목적：통과분석각충폐내공동적HRCT표현，탐토HRCT재폐내단발공동성병변적진단개치。방법회고성분석46례경병리증실적폐내단발공동병인적병례자료，소유병례균행Toshiba Equilion 64층CT궤혹Philips Brilliance 64층CT궤쾌속용적소묘，기중증강소묘28례。결과본조병례CT량악성진단여병리진단부합솔체93．5％，오진솔6．5％。결론결합림상표현급상관병사，64층CT궤쾌속용적소묘대폐부공동적정성진단유착비상중요적작용。
Objective Through the analysis of CT features of various pulmonary cavity , to explore the value of HRCT in diagnosis of solitary pulmonary cavitary lesions .Methods All 46 cases of solitary pulmonary cavity ,confirmed by pathology ,were reviewed retrospectively .All patients underwent Toshiba Equilion or Philips Brilliance 64 slice CT fast volume scan and percutaneous puncture biopsy guided by SIMENS Huayue double spiral CT,including 16 cases with enhanced scan .Results Accordance rate of CT diagnosis and pathologic diag-nosis was 93.5%in all patients with benign and malignant cavity ,but misdiagnosis rate was 6.5%.Conclusion Combined with the history and clinical manifestations ,CT examination has very important role in qualitative di-agnosis of pulmonary cavity .
