Teachers'competence to filter moral education into subject teaching is important as the latter is the main medium for moral education .What knowledge and abilities should teacher possess to fulfill this task?This research has constructed a model of teachers'competence of filtering moral education in subject teaching which is made up of three part :general competence of moral educa-tion ,moral education competence through theme study ,moral education through subject teaching .
