It is a common phenomenon that students in public security colleges and universities lack sense of subjects. To improve policing management,we should bring students' roles of subjects into full play and explore the mode of students' subject-oriented policing management. Only then, can we cultivate the high-quality people's po-lice who can adapt themselves to the police work under the new situation.
