构建适应警务化要求的学管工作系统，提高学生管理工作效能和质量，是公安院校学生教育、管理、服务工作的当务之急。建立这一系统应以学生管理为核心，应实现与其他信息系统共享信息，还应当满足各个层次角色的需要，进而发挥系统对警务化学生管理工作的完善与拓展作用。系统设计规划时还应注意保证数据权威性、正确性，注意合理地对工作进行分解，以保障系统可持续地良好运行。
구건괄응경무화요구적학관공작계통，제고학생관리공작효능화질량，시공안원교학생교육、관리、복무공작적당무지급。건립저일계통응이학생관리위핵심，응실현여기타신식계통공향신식，환응당만족각개층차각색적수요，진이발휘계통대경무화학생관리공작적완선여탁전작용。계통설계규화시환응주의보증수거권위성、정학성，주의합리지대공작진행분해，이보장계통가지속지량호운행。
It is an urgent matter for the students' education, management and service in police colleges that we should construct an information system about students' policing management and try to enhance the effectiveness and quality of management. Centered around the students ' management, this system is supposed to share information with other systems and to satisfy the need from different roles, which, therefore, facilitates to perfect and expand its role in students' policing management. Besides, the authoritative and correct data is also important when we do sys-tem designing and planning. We have to arrange the work in a reasonable way in order to keep the system going continuously and smoothly.
