基于辐射传输理论建立了考虑微藻细胞和微气泡光学特性的开放式光生物反应器一维稳态光传递数学模型,采用Mie散射理论计算藻细胞和微气泡的光吸收系数、散射系数和相函数,数学模型的求解采用离散坐标法。计算结果表明:当忽略微气泡和藻细胞的光散射时,模型可转化为 Lambert-Beer 定律;考虑微气泡光散射时,当藻细胞浓度较低时微气泡的光散射对光衰减有抑制效果;藻细胞浓度较大时,微气泡的光散射对抑制光衰减影响不大。

A steady-state, one-dimensional, radiation transport equation (RTE) was used to simulate light transfer in an open photobioreactor, which contains microalgae and carbon dioxide bubbles suspended in water, based on the radiate transport theory. The absorption, scattering, extinction coefficients and scattering phase function of microalgae and bubbles in the RTE was derived from the Mie theory. The RTE was solved by the discrete ordinate method. It was found that the RTE can be converted to the Lambert-Beer’s Law without considering the scattering of bubbles and light scattering of microalgae. The simulation showed the light scattering of bubbles could reduce the light attenuation under low microalgae concentration, and that at high concentration the effect of light scattering of bubble for light attenuation could be ignored.
