目的:探讨HLA-DRB1等位基因多态性与广西汉族婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤的遗传相关性。方法:将广西汉族88例婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤患者(病例组)和105例正常汉族婴幼儿(对照组)作为研究对象。采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物分型技术对两组HLA-DRB1等位基因进行分型,SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:病例组HLA-DRB1*16等位基因频率为28.98%,明显高于对照组的14.76%( RR=3.29,P<0.05);病例组HLA-DRB1*1401等位基因频率为6.82%,明显低于对照组的16.67%( RR=0.32,P<0.05)。结论:HLA-DRB1*16可能为广西汉族婴幼儿皮肤血管瘤的易感基因。而 HLA-DRB1*1401可能为其保护基因。

목적:탐토HLA-DRB1등위기인다태성여엄서한족영유인피부혈관류적유전상관성。방법:장엄서한족88례영유인피부혈관류환자(병례조)화105례정상한족영유인(대조조)작위연구대상。채용취합매련반응-서렬특이성인물분형기술대량조HLA-DRB1등위기인진행분형,SPSS연건진행통계분석。결과:병례조HLA-DRB1*16등위기인빈솔위28.98%,명현고우대조조적14.76%( RR=3.29,P<0.05);병례조HLA-DRB1*1401등위기인빈솔위6.82%,명현저우대조조적16.67%( RR=0.32,P<0.05)。결론:HLA-DRB1*16가능위엄서한족영유인피부혈관류적역감기인。이 HLA-DRB1*1401가능위기보호기인。
Objective:To explore the genetic correlation between HLA-DRB1 allele polymor-phisms and infantile cutaneous hemangioma in Guangxi Han population .Methods:88 patients with infantile cutaneous hemangioma ( study group ) and 105 normal individuals ( control group ) were selected in Guangxi Han population as study subjects .HLA-DRB1 alleles in two groups were typed by polymerase chain reaction -sequence specific primers ( PCR -SSP ) .SPSS software was used for statistical analysis .Results:The frequency of HLA-DRB1*16 allele in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( 28.98% vs 14.76%, RR =3.29 , P <0.05 ) .Whereas the frequency of HLA-DRB1*1401 allele in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (6.82% vs 16.67%,RR=0.32,P<0.05).Conclusion:In Guangxi Han population , HLA-DRB1*16 may be the predisposing gene of infantile cutaneous hemangio-ma, whileas HLA-DRB1*1401 may be the protective gene .
