目的：探讨密蒙花在治疗视疲劳患者后血清中微量元素的变化。方法：分别收集视力正常人血清、视疲劳患者治疗前血清和密蒙花治疗后血清，采用原子吸收法测定血清中钙（Ca）、铁（Fe）、锌（Zn）、铜（Cu）、锰（Mn）、镁（Mg）等6种微量元素含量。结果：视疲劳患者治疗前血清中Ca、Fe、Zn含量低于视力正常组人群（P<0.05），Cu含量高于视力正常组人群（P<0.05），Mg、Mn含量与视力正常人血清无统计学差异（P>0.05）；经密蒙花治疗后视疲劳患者血清6种微量元素的含量均有所升高，其中Ca、Zn、Mn的升高有统计学意义（P<0.05）；血清中Ca、Cu、Mg、Mn含量高于正常人组（P<0.05）。结论：密蒙花用于缓解视疲劳患者可显著提高病患血清中Ca、Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn等微量元素的含量，本研究为进一步分析密蒙花治疗后微量元素含量变化的相关性提供了研究依据。

목적：탐토밀몽화재치료시피로환자후혈청중미량원소적변화。방법：분별수집시력정상인혈청、시피로환자치료전혈청화밀몽화치료후혈청，채용원자흡수법측정혈청중개（Ca）、철（Fe）、자（Zn）、동（Cu）、맹（Mn）、미（Mg）등6충미량원소함량。결과：시피로환자치료전혈청중Ca、Fe、Zn함량저우시력정상조인군（P<0.05），Cu함량고우시력정상조인군（P<0.05），Mg、Mn함량여시력정상인혈청무통계학차이（P>0.05）；경밀몽화치료후시피로환자혈청6충미량원소적함량균유소승고，기중Ca、Zn、Mn적승고유통계학의의（P<0.05）；혈청중Ca、Cu、Mg、Mn함량고우정상인조（P<0.05）。결론：밀몽화용우완해시피로환자가현저제고병환혈청중Ca、Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn등미량원소적함량，본연구위진일보분석밀몽화치료후미량원소함량변화적상관성제공료연구의거。
Objective:The research was to analyze the microelements in serum of asthenopia patients after treatment with buddlejae. Methods:The serum was collected from person with normal eyesight and the asthenopia patients before and after treatment with buddlejae, resprectively. Atomic absorption method was used to detect the concentration of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Mg in collected serum. Results:The concentration of Ca, Fe, Zn in serum of asthenopia patients before buddlejae treatment were relatively lower than that of the person with normal eyesight (P<0.05), the concentration of Cu was relative higher than the people with normal eyesight (P<0.05) while the concentration of Mg and Mn had no statistic difference between asthenopia patients and the people with normal eyesight (P>0.05);Compared with asthenopia patients before buddlejae treatment, the concentration of six microelements in serum of asthenopia patients after treatment with buddlejae were all relatively higher, and concentration difference of Ca, Zn and Mn had statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with people with normal eyesight, the concentration of Ca, Cu, Mg and Mn in serum of asthenopia patients after treatment with buddlejae were all relatively higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:The study indicated that the concentration of Ca, Fe, Zn, Mg and Mn in serum of asthenopia patients could be increased with the treatment of buddlejae. This research provides research basis for related studies on the microelements change after the treatment of buddlejae.
