目的:了解浦东新区的产科床位、产科人力资源的现状以及存在的问题,并做出客观的评价,为浦东新区卫生行政部门制定缓解产科医疗服务供需矛盾的决策提供依据。方法使用统一调查表对区内的14家助产医疗机构产科床位使用情况和产科医护人员进行调查。结果①浦东新区14家助产医疗机构有8家连续3年床位使用率超过93%;②浦东新区产科床位和产科医护人员配置比例平均为1:0.92,产科医生平均助产服务效率为112.36%,助产士平均助产服务效率为116.19%;③产科医护人员对目前工作感到一般和不满意者占64.17%,不满意前5位原因分别是职业风险高、工作强度大、收入低、医患关系紧张、职称晋升困难。结论①浦东新区的产科床位配置不足;②浦东新区的产科医护人员配置不足;③产科医护人员的工作满意度状况令人担忧。

목적:료해포동신구적산과상위、산과인력자원적현상이급존재적문제,병주출객관적평개,위포동신구위생행정부문제정완해산과의료복무공수모순적결책제공의거。방법사용통일조사표대구내적14가조산의료궤구산과상위사용정황화산과의호인원진행조사。결과①포동신구14가조산의료궤구유8가련속3년상위사용솔초과93%;②포동신구산과상위화산과의호인원배치비례평균위1:0.92,산과의생평균조산복무효솔위112.36%,조산사평균조산복무효솔위116.19%;③산과의호인원대목전공작감도일반화불만의자점64.17%,불만의전5위원인분별시직업풍험고、공작강도대、수입저、의환관계긴장、직칭진승곤난。결론①포동신구적산과상위배치불족;②포동신구적산과의호인원배치불족;③산과의호인원적공작만의도상황령인담우。
Objective To survey obstetric beds and current status of obstetric human resources as well as existing problems in Pudong new area and make an objective assessment , so as to provide evidence for making decision to ease obstetric medical services contradiction by administrative department of public health .Methods Uniform questionnaires were used to investigate the utility of obstetric beds and obstetric medical staff of 14 obstetric medical institutions .Results The bed utilization rate of 8 obstetric medical institutions surpassed 93%in recent three consecutive years .The averaged ratio of obstetric beds to obstetric medical staff was 1:0.92.Average midwifery services efficiency of obstetricians was 112.36%, and that of midwives was 116.19%.Totally 64.17%of obstetric medical staff was not satisfied with current job, and the top five reasons were high occupational risk , high intensity of work, low income, tense doctor-patient relationship , and difficulty in professional title promotion .Conclusion The configuration of obstetric beds and obstetric medical staff are insufficient in Pudong new area .The satisfaction degree of obstetric medical staff is worrying .
