基于湿式静电除尘器中水滴和亚微米颗粒的运动分析,建立液滴静电场作用下捕捉亚微米颗粒模型,综合亚微米颗粒的电场净化和拦截碰撞净化两种机制,给出了不同捕捉水滴直径下的亚微米净化效率。结果显示湿式静电除尘器对亚微米颗粒的去除效率在98%以上,而且湿式静电除尘器的液滴直径小于湿式机械除尘器中液滴直径,理论分析结果和文献报道实验数据基本一致。
基于濕式靜電除塵器中水滴和亞微米顆粒的運動分析,建立液滴靜電場作用下捕捉亞微米顆粒模型,綜閤亞微米顆粒的電場淨化和攔截踫撞淨化兩種機製,給齣瞭不同捕捉水滴直徑下的亞微米淨化效率。結果顯示濕式靜電除塵器對亞微米顆粒的去除效率在98%以上,而且濕式靜電除塵器的液滴直徑小于濕式機械除塵器中液滴直徑,理論分析結果和文獻報道實驗數據基本一緻。
기우습식정전제진기중수적화아미미과립적운동분석,건립액적정전장작용하포착아미미과립모형,종합아미미과립적전장정화화란절팽당정화량충궤제,급출료불동포착수적직경하적아미미정화효솔。결과현시습식정전제진기대아미미과립적거제효솔재98%이상,이차습식정전제진기적액적직경소우습식궤계제진기중액적직경,이론분석결과화문헌보도실험수거기본일치。
By analyzing for the fine particulate and water droplet forced,a model for submi-crometer particulate collected is setup. The collection of the submicrometer particulate is calculated theoretically combining the electrostatic,interception and impaction. The fraction collection curve of submicrometer particulate versus particle diameter under the different water droplet diamete is given out. Results show that the collection efficiency of the submicrometer particle is more than 98%,and the water droplet is less than that of the wet mechanical dust collector,and calculation is consistent within range of error.
