针对电锤冲击机构的工作原理与运动特性,利用ADAMS和MATLAB软件对SOLIDWORKS绘制的机构三维模型进行理想状态和碰撞情况模拟仿真,得到冲击头的位移、速度、加速度等动力学分析结果及数据对比。从输入功率和输出功率的变化曲线计算、分析冲击机构的运动特性和传动效率,为优化设计提供科学依据。
針對電錘遲擊機構的工作原理與運動特性,利用ADAMS和MATLAB軟件對SOLIDWORKS繪製的機構三維模型進行理想狀態和踫撞情況模擬倣真,得到遲擊頭的位移、速度、加速度等動力學分析結果及數據對比。從輸入功率和輸齣功率的變化麯線計算、分析遲擊機構的運動特性和傳動效率,為優化設計提供科學依據。

The paper introduces a kind of electric hammer impacting structure and its kinetic characteristics. First, we built model using SOLIDWORKS, then we do the simulation of ideal state and collision situations on this structure using ADAMS and MATLAB, to get the dynamic analysis results containing punch displacement, velocity, acceleration and dynamic analysis results, and we compared the two kinds of state data. At the same time, we get the curve of input power and output power using ADAMS, then calculate and analyze the transmission eff iciency movement characteristics and the transmission eff iciency of the mechanical mechanism, and we get the hammer characteristics. Analysis results for the impact mechanism can provide data and the theoretical basis for the optimization design.
