Gestational diabetes on%Newborn%Neurobehavioral development
目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病对新生儿神经行为发育的影响。方法选择我院2010-03-2013-01新生儿科收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇所产的新生儿共80例作为观察组,并将同期健康孕妇所生的140例新生儿作为对照组,进行新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)。结果对照组新生儿NBNA总分均>35分,而观察组80例新生儿中24例新生儿的NBNA总分<35分,即NBNA总分异常率为30.00%(24/80)。观察组新生儿的NBNA总分、行为能力、主动肌张力、一般估计等指标均低于对照组且组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),低血糖组新生儿的NBNA总分、行为能力、主动肌张力、原始反射以及一般估计等指标均低于血糖正常的新生儿,且组间差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇所生新生儿更易出现神经行为发育异常,及时检测新生儿神经行为发育相关情况可有效提高新生儿的预后和生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes on neonatal neurobehavioral development.Methods Eighty cases of neonatal infants born to mothers with gestational diabetes were taken as the observation group and 140 healthy newborns in the same period as control group.Results In the control group of newborns ,NBNA scores were more than 35 points ,higher than that of the observation group. In the observation group ,NBNA score of 24 cases among the 80 newborns are less than 35 points ,NBNA abnormal score accounted for 30.00% (24/80). In observation group ,newborns NBNA score , behavior ,active muscle tension ,and other indicators were generally lower than those of the control group infants ,the differ-ence between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). In neonatal hypoglycemia group ,NBNA score ,behavior , active muscle tone ,primitive reflexes and general estimates were lower than those of the newborn with normal blood glucose , and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes newborns are more vulnerable to neurobehavioral abnormalities ,and timely detection of neonatal neurobehavioral development can effectively improve neonatal prognosis and quality of life.
