为建立高效稳定的滇杨返幼复壮根萌苗培育技术体系,以滇杨根段为材料,研究种根长度、切口涂封方式和埋根方式对根萌苗形成及其生长的影响。结果表明:种根长度对根萌苗数量和种根生根数量影响极显著,根萌苗数量和种根生根数量随种根长度的增加而增加,苗高和苗粗随种根长度的增加而降低;切口涂封方式对苗高和苗粗生长有极显著影响,以两端均不涂封的效果最佳;埋根方式对根萌苗数量、种根生根数量、苗高和苗粗的影响均不显著,但斜埋对根萌苗数量、苗高和苗粗的作用效果略优于平埋。
為建立高效穩定的滇楊返幼複壯根萌苗培育技術體繫,以滇楊根段為材料,研究種根長度、切口塗封方式和埋根方式對根萌苗形成及其生長的影響。結果錶明:種根長度對根萌苗數量和種根生根數量影響極顯著,根萌苗數量和種根生根數量隨種根長度的增加而增加,苗高和苗粗隨種根長度的增加而降低;切口塗封方式對苗高和苗粗生長有極顯著影響,以兩耑均不塗封的效果最佳;埋根方式對根萌苗數量、種根生根數量、苗高和苗粗的影響均不顯著,但斜埋對根萌苗數量、苗高和苗粗的作用效果略優于平埋。
위건립고효은정적전양반유복장근맹묘배육기술체계,이전양근단위재료,연구충근장도、절구도봉방식화매근방식대근맹묘형성급기생장적영향。결과표명:충근장도대근맹묘수량화충근생근수량영향겁현저,근맹묘수량화충근생근수량수충근장도적증가이증가,묘고화묘조수충근장도적증가이강저;절구도봉방식대묘고화묘조생장유겁현저영향,이량단균불도봉적효과최가;매근방식대근맹묘수량、충근생근수량、묘고화묘조적영향균불현저,단사매대근맹묘수량、묘고화묘조적작용효과략우우평매。
The effects of root cutting length,incision sealing methods,and transplant methods on the rootling establishment and growth of Populus yunnanensis were studied for setting up an efficient and stable rejuvenation technique system for rootling cultivation by taking root segments as propagation materials.The results showed that the root cutting length significantly affected the number of root suckers and the number of adventitious roots,the root suckers and adventitious roots were increased along with the increment of the length of root cuttings,whereas the height and basal diameter of the rootlings were decreased with the length increment of the root cuttings.The incision sealing methods also had significant effect on the height,basal diameter and the growth of root suckers,no sealing on the either end of the cuttings resulted in the best effect.There were no significant effects of the transplant methods on the numbers of rootlings,the adventitious roots,the height and basal diameter of the rootlings,but the effect of oblique burying of the root cuttings was slightly better than that of the horizontal burying on the number of rootlings,the height and basal diameter of the rootlings.
