Edible fungi are increasingly valued by people because of its high nutritional value. In order to meet the growing consumption, China has seen a rapid development of mushroom industry. This article describes the edible fungus mechanized production process, and expounds the technical operation points and supportive production equipment so as to provide support for the application of mechanized cultivation technology of edible fungi.
