以烘干的西兰花叶为原料,采用单因素试验的方法,探讨提取溶剂、料液比、提取温度、时间和提取次数对叶绿素提取率的影响。试验结果表明:在提取溶剂为95%乙醇、料液比1∶5、提取温度50℃、提取时间2.0 h的条件下,叶绿素的含量最高。

Taking dried broccoli leaves as raw material, with the chlorophyll content as evaluation index for extracting effect, through the single factor experiments of extraction solvent, material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, time and extraction times on the chlorophyll extract effects were studied. The experimental results show that 95%ethanol as extraction solvent, and solid-liquid ratio for 1∶5, extrac-tion temperature 50℃, the extraction time is 2h, the highest chlorophyll content.
