周转备件主要用于保持对备件的持续供应、避免备件订货的延误风险。在比例故障率模型中引入维修度的概念,建立结合维修度的威布尔比例故障率模型,并采用极大似然法估计模型参数,最后在蒙特卡罗仿真的基础上预测周转备件数量。经示例分析,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,该结果可为周转备件精确保障提供理论依据。

Rotatable spare parts are used to keep sustaining support and avoid the booking morra risk. The concept of the repair degree is used in proportional hazards model. And then,this paper puts forward Weibull proportional hazards model which combines with repair degree. Moreover,uses maximum likelihood method to estimate the model’s parameters. Finally,the numbers of rotatable spare parts are forecasted based on Monte Carlo simulation. In the end,the application validates that the model is effective and practical. The result can supply a theory basis for rotatable spare parts accurate support.
