为了探寻电磁轨道炮刨削形成规律,基于轨道炮的发射特点及温度场仿真结果,提出了刨削形成模型,并利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对其进行了数值模拟。结果显示:仿真结果与实际情况相符,验证了刨削形成模型的正确性;随着电枢速度的增大,轨道受到的损伤也越严重;高温的材料更容易受到损伤,将缩短其使用寿命;刨槽的损伤程度与电枢速度和尺寸有重要关系,而枢轨界面载荷对刨削的影响较小。轨道炮刨削形成模型的提出及仿真计算,为电磁轨道炮的抗刨削技术研究提供了参考和指导。

To obtain gouging formation rule in railgun,gouging formation model is proposed according to the launching characteristics and results of temperature field simulation in railgun,and its numerical simulation has been carried out with the finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that the numerical simulations agree well with the actual situation,verified the correctness of the gouging formation model. Damage on rail surface is getting serious with higher armature velocities,and materials at high temperature are easily vulnerable and can shorten the working life. Damage degree of gouging mainly depends on the armature velocity and the effective damage area between armature and rail,while interface load has little effect on it. The new formation model and numerical method provide a new effective way for the anti-gouging research.
