目的：探索广州市3家医院开展被动吸烟控制的有效策略，并对控制策略的效果进行评价，为医院内进一步制定相关规章制度提供依据。方法通过采用发布和实施公共场所禁止吸烟政策和法规、社会动员、创建无烟单位、创建无烟家庭和无烟社区、建立烟草控制社会网络等5大控烟策略在广州市3家医院内开展控烟干预。于干预前（2011年11月）和干预后（2012年11月）采用现场观察法对医院禁止吸烟的执行情况和效果进行调查。采用便利抽样于干预前后各抽取1500名医院内人群进行关于被动吸烟情况及相关知识的调查。结果干预后3家医院禁烟力度和禁烟执行效果均显著改善，P<0.05。干预后人群对被动吸烟健康知识知晓率明显提高，P<0.05，对3家医院禁烟规章制度的支持率明显提高，P<0.05。结论广州市3家医院被动吸烟控制5大策略的实施对提高群众被动吸烟危害知识、降低被动吸烟暴露有效。

Objective To explore the effective strategy of passive smoking control in three hospitals in Guangzhou city and evaluate its effect in order to provide the basis to formulate relevant policies in hospital. Methods 5 smoking control strategies were implemented in three hospitals in Guangzhou city which includes enacted non-smoking public facilities, whole society mobilization, creating smoking-free hospitals, smoking-free homes and smoking-free community, and the establishing social network for tobacco control. An analysis was conducted, and the comparison was made before and after the intervention thru November, 2011 to November, 2012. Three hospitals were investigated with field observation method on their status of tobacco smoking control by surveying 1500 people from each of the three hospitals. Results An improvement was observed after the intervention,P<0.05,as well as the knowledge of passive smoking hazards,P<0.05. Conclusion The five strategies for passive smoking controls are considered being effective in enhancing people’s awareness on smoking hazards and reducing exposure to passive smoking.
