通过授权教育理论对25例院外长期携带胰岛素泵治疗的糖尿病患者实施授权教育，能提高糖尿病患者自我护理能力，增强患者对治疗的依从性，从而改善糖尿病患者的临床代谢指标，防止或减少糖尿病急、慢性并发症的发生，为院外携带胰岛素泵治疗的糖尿病患者提供了新的教育管理策略。

We educated 25 diabetes patients who carried insulin pump outside the hospital for long-time using authorized educational theory. The education improved the patients' self-care abilities, adherence to treatment, and clinical metabolism index, and reduced their acute or chronic complications. The authorized educational theory provided a new educational management strategy for the diabetes patients carrying insulin pump outside the hospital.
