目的:了解新疆三级甲等医院手术室护士的有效护理工时,为护理人力资源合理配置提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样法,按照护理项目操作时间调查表分别对新疆9所三级甲等医院手术室的护士进行1周的有效护理工时测定。结果:护士日人均有效护理工时为(345.75士180.27)min,直接护理工时为(201.96±159.49)min,间接护理工时为(143.79±83.91)min;不同医院手术室护士的日人均有效护理工时、直接和间接护理工时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:各医院手术室护士的工作量差异较大,大型综合三甲医院护士工作量较大,而专科医院和地州医院护士工作量相对较小。护理管理者须根据各医院服务供给水平和护理服务时间即工作量情况来配置护理人力较为合适。

Objective:To investigate effective working hours of the Operating Room (OR) nurses in tertiary hospitals, and provide the basis for OR nursing human resources rational allocation in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods:OR nursing staff from 9 tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region had been investigated and monitored on effective working hours for a week. Results:The average daily effective working time per person was (345.75±180.27) minutes, including direct working time (201.96±159.49) minutes and indirect working time (143.79±83.91) minutes. There were statistical differences in nurses' daily effective working time, the daily direct working time and the daily indirect working time among ORs in different hospitals (P﹤0.001). Nurses in large general hospitals had heavier workload than nurses in specialized hospitals and regional hospitals. Conclusion:There was different workload of OR nurses in different hospitals. In order to improve work efifciency, nurse managers need to allocate human resources accordingly.
