目的：制定乐脉丸的薄层鉴别（TLC）方法。方法：对其五种主要成分采用 TLC法进行鉴别。结果：在薄层色谱中，供试品溶液在与对照药材或对照品相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点，且斑点清晰，阴性对照品在相应位置上无对应斑点。结论：该法专属性强，该种方法可以作为乐脉丸的有效鉴别。

목적：제정악맥환적박층감별（TLC）방법。방법：대기오충주요성분채용 TLC법진행감별。결과：재박층색보중，공시품용액재여대조약재혹대조품상응위치상현상동안색적반점，차반점청석，음성대조품재상응위치상무대응반점。결론：해법전속성강，해충방법가이작위악맥환적유효감별。
Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography (TLC) identification method of Lemai Pills .Methods The TLC method to identify the conponents of the five main elements in Lemai Pill .Results In TLC ,the sample solution displayed the same color spots in the cor-responding positions of the control medicinal material or the reference substance ,and the spots were clear ,the negative control had no corre-sponding spots in the same positions .Conclusion The identification method has strong specifiity and is efficiency to identify the components for Lemai Pills .
