With concentrated peach, mulberry and grape as main raw material and by orthogonal designs, the optimal formula of a compound juice drink is determined. The optimal formula is mulberry juice 20%, orange 20%, sugar 6%, citric acid 0.15%, xanthan gum 0.2%. The compound beverage has smooth taste, even texture of mulberry and grape. The beverage featured by gentle flavor, harmonious sweetness and sourness is one kind of the function juice drink.
