EU BPR regulations will involve biocidal products and the products treated bybiocides. This paper discusses the characteristics and influence of EU BPR regulations, biocides regulation for domestic research status, the current research status of both at home and abroad on biological kill agent regulation, as well as how to carry out the measures research to deal with the EU BPR regulations. This study will promote the products exports to EU and improve the regulatory mechanisms of biocides agent products in China.
