为了解决煤矿企业生产过程中电机容易被烧坏的问题,需要对电机电流进行检测,以实现对电机的过载保护。在建立电机过载保护数学模型的基础上,结合企业生产的实际情况,提出了一套适用于PLC的电机反时限过载保护方案,给出了该方案的软硬件设计。PLC因其具有易扩展、可靠性强、稳定性高、故障率低等优点,被选为该方案的主控制器。实验结果表明,该方案增强了电机保护器的性能。

In order to solve the problem that the coal mine motor is easy to be burned, the current of motor should be inspected for achieving the overload protection. Based on the construction of mathematical model of motor overload protection, and reality of enterprise production, a overload protection project with inverse time of motor which is applied to PLC is put forward, and the software and hardware design of this project is given. PLC is used as the main controller of this project because it has advantages of easy extensibility, strong reliability, high stability, and low failure rate and so on. Experimental results show that this project improves the performance of motor protector.
