为了比较不同维修任务调度策略对巡回修理效能的影响,得到较优的维修任务调度策略,应用离散事件仿真方法对巡回修理中的维修任务调度策略进行了仿真评估。仿真结果表明,采取“有修理组截止”策略要优于“无修理组截止”策略;在故障装备触发的调度策略中,“预测性”策略要优于“最近修理组”策略;在修理组触发的调度策略中,“最近距离”策略要优于“先到先服务”策略。
為瞭比較不同維脩任務調度策略對巡迴脩理效能的影響,得到較優的維脩任務調度策略,應用離散事件倣真方法對巡迴脩理中的維脩任務調度策略進行瞭倣真評估。倣真結果錶明,採取“有脩理組截止”策略要優于“無脩理組截止”策略;在故障裝備觸髮的調度策略中,“預測性”策略要優于“最近脩理組”策略;在脩理組觸髮的調度策略中,“最近距離”策略要優于“先到先服務”策略。

In order to compare the influence of different maintenance task scheduling policies to contact repair,and get the optimized maintenance task scheduling policy,the discrete event simulation in evaluating maintenance task scheduling policies in itinerant repair is applied. The simulation results show that in queue management strategies,adopting “with repair team cutoff”strategy is better than“without repair team cutoff”strategy;in fault equipment initiated scheduling strategies,“predictive”strategy is better than “nearest repair team”strategy; in the repair team initiated scheduling strategy,“shortest distance”strategy is better than“first-come-first-serve”strategy.
