胆管癌是一种起源于胆管上皮细胞且极具侵略性的恶性肿瘤，对其影像学检查往往依靠计算机断层检查（CT）、磁共振成像（MRI）以及具有发展前景的正电子发射断层扫描（PET）等来诊断。而对其治疗方式包括传统手术和姑息治疗，姑息治疗又包括辅助化疗、放疗以及新兴的光动力疗法（PDT）、靶向治疗等。其中靶向治疗具有更进一步临床研究价值。
