The cardiac amyloidosis disease which is difficult to diagnosis and cure has been a severe threaten to human's health, and the main pathological mechanism is genetic flaw. This paper has reviewed the characteristics and the newest research progresses of the amyloidosis disease, and finally the author made a summary and outlook for the trend of the treatment of cardiac amyloidosis disease.
