先打桩导管架基础结构轻巧、施工方便,但是水下灌浆技术成为该基础形式应用和施工的难点。本文介绍了该类基础的水下灌浆连接技术和施工工艺。结合欧洲该类施工经验,重点阐述了先打桩导管架基础的水下灌浆连接结构,该结构实现了高效灌浆,并提高了基础灌浆质量,对类似基础在中国的推广给予借鉴。

Less self-weight and efciency of installation are the main advantages of pre-piling jacket foundation. However, the underwater grouting technology is difcult. Combining the real project experience, this paper described the jacket grouting structure and the technology. Te underwater grouting technology could improve the grouting connection quality, which has a certain reference value for similar ofshore wind turbine jacket foundation in China.
