目的:比较不同类型关节炎患者血液及关节液中尿酸(UA)、抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)、类风湿因子(RF)含量。方法将关节炎患者按病因分为6组,每组随机抽取37例分别测定其血液和关节液中的UA、ASO、RF含量,并将结果进行比较。结果配对检验,血液和关节液中UA含量除痛风组外差异有统计学意义,RF含量除类风湿组外差异有统计学意义,ASO含量各组差异均有统计学意义。相关性检验,UA、ASO、RF三者在血液中含量与关节液中含量均呈正相关。结论血液中UA(痛风患者除外)、ASO、RF(类风湿患者除外)含量高于关节液,且血液含量与关节液含量均呈正相关。测定关节液中UA、ASO、RF具有较高诊断价值。

목적:비교불동류형관절염환자혈액급관절액중뇨산(UA)、항련구균용혈소O(ASO)、류풍습인자(RF)함량。방법장관절염환자안병인분위6조,매조수궤추취37례분별측정기혈액화관절액중적UA、ASO、RF함량,병장결과진행비교。결과배대검험,혈액화관절액중UA함량제통풍조외차이유통계학의의,RF함량제류풍습조외차이유통계학의의,ASO함량각조차이균유통계학의의。상관성검험,UA、ASO、RF삼자재혈액중함량여관절액중함량균정정상관。결론혈액중UA(통풍환자제외)、ASO、RF(류풍습환자제외)함량고우관절액,차혈액함량여관절액함량균정정상관。측정관절액중UA、ASO、RF구유교고진단개치。
Objective To compare UA, ASO, RF concentration of blood and synovial fluid from different types of arthritis patients.Methods According to etiology arthritis patients were divided into six groups. 37 cases were selected randomly from each group. UA, ASO, RF levels of blood and synovial fluid from these cases were detected, and the results were compared.Results Pairedt-test was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that UA levels of blood and synovial fluid from different types of arthritis patients except gout group were statistically significant, RF concentration from all types except rheumatoid group was statistically significant, ASO levels were statistically significant among the groups. The correlation analysis showed that UA, ASO, RF concentration of blood had a positive correlation with those of joint fluid.Conclusion The concentration of blood UA (except gout patients), ASO, RF (except rheumatoid patients) were higher than that in synovial fluid. At the same time, the index levels of blood showed a positive correlation with those of synovial fluid. It has a high diagnostic value to determine the UA, ASO, RF concentration of synovial fluid.
