随着电力建设的大力开展,状态检修试验设备的测试结果越来越受到电力生产部门的重视。目前状态检修试验设备的计量检定工作主要由网省电科院等计量部门来执行,计量标准器具主要存放在固定实验室环境下,采取用户自下而上的周期送检的方式,但是这种周期送检方式存在送检不便等不足。本文研制的移动校准平台针对电力系统状态检修试验设备的现场检定要求设计,能够在现场对市场主流的状态检修试验设备的主要功能进行全面的校准、检定工作。本文详解介绍了移动校准平台的工作原理和核心技术。通过本文研制的移动校准平台能有效评估测试仪器的性能,进一步满足电力系统状态检修试验设备的计量检定多样性需求,提升电力系统运行安全、提高电力行业经济效益,加强现场计量检测能力。

With the vigorous development of power construction, power production department is paying more attention to test results of high voltage test instrument and equipment. Now the metrological verification of high voltage test instrument is mainly conducted by metrological departments such as provincial electric power research institutes(EPRI) of the Power Grid. Standard measurement appliances are stored in regular laboratory condition and periodically sent for inspection from the bottom up by users, which is in inconvenient for inspection. The mobile calibration platform developed in this paper is designed to meet the requirement of on-site detection for high voltage test instrument of power systems, and can support comprehensive calibration and on-site detection for main functions of the mainstream high voltage test instruments of the market. Operating principles and core technologies of the developed calibration platform are introduced in this paper in detail. Using the platform, performance of the test instruments can be effectively assessed, and diverse needs of metrological detection for high voltage test instrument can be met. Therefore, operation safety of power systems and economic benefit of power industry are improved, and on-site metrological detection capacity are strengthened.
