The fact of neutral point (NP) voltage unbalance is analyzed in detail and a Fuzzy Controller based on control factor is proposed in this paper, which will balance the NP voltage simply and not need any extra hardware cost. In order to implement neural balance for DC capacitors, a fuzzy controller has been presented based on control factor. The neural voltage can be balanced automatically by the fuzzy controller with the help of control index. The Fuzzy controller design has been discussed deeply and the experimental results verify that the proposed technique is correct and the balance of the NP voltage guarantees high power factor of TL-PWM rectifier.
