目的：观察复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合甘油灌肠剂在妇科恶性肿瘤术前肠道准备中的临床效果。方法32例接受妇科恶性肿瘤手术的患者，于手术前口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液，联合甘油灌肠剂灌肠，观察患者不良反应、肠管状况、术后肛门排气时间评估肠道准备效果。结果复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合甘油灌肠剂用于妇科恶性肿瘤术前肠道准备具有好的临床效果，且副反应少。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合甘油灌肠剂用于妇科恶性肿瘤术前肠道准备，方法简单，安全，有效，患者痛苦小。
목적：관찰복방취을이순전해질산연합감유관장제재부과악성종류술전장도준비중적림상효과。방법32례접수부과악성종류수술적환자，우수술전구복복방취을이순전해질산용액，연합감유관장제관장，관찰환자불량반응、장관상황、술후항문배기시간평고장도준비효과。결과복방취을이순전해질산연합감유관장제용우부과악성종류술전장도준비구유호적림상효과，차부반응소。결론복방취을이순전해질산연합감유관장제용우부과악성종류술전장도준비，방법간단，안전，유효，환자통고소。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with glycerin enema in the preoperative bowel preparation for gynecology malignant tumor. Methods 32 patients with gynecology malignant tumor were taken polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder solution orally, and given the glycerin enema before the operation. The adverse effects, bowel condition and postoperative anal exhaust time of patients were observed for evaluating the effect of bowel preparation. Results Applying polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with glycerin enema in the preoperative bowel preparation for gynecology malignant tumor had good clinical effect, and few adverse effects. Conclusion Applying polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with glycerin enema in the preoperative bowel preparation for gynecology malignant tumor is convenient, safe and effective, what's more, it also can avoid the pain of patients.
