目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法将60例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30例，两组患者均给予常规内科治疗，对照组患者在此基础上加用舒利迭，治疗组同时联合孟鲁司特治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及咳嗽的日间症状评分、夜间症状评分。结果治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率达90.0%，显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（x2=11.316，P＜0.05）。治疗后两组患者的日间症状评分、夜间症状评分均较治疗前明显降低，且治疗组患者的日间症状评分、夜间症状评分较对照组降低更显著，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特联合舒利迭治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效确切，安全性高，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토맹로사특연합서리질치료인동해수변이성효천적료효。방법장60례인동해수변이성효천환인수궤분위치료조여대조조，매조각30례，량조환자균급여상규내과치료，대조조환자재차기출상가용서리질，치료조동시연합맹로사특치료，비교량조환자적림상료효급해수적일간증상평분、야간증상평분。결과치료조환자치료후적총유효솔체90.0%，현저고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（x2=11.316，P＜0.05）。치료후량조환자적일간증상평분、야간증상평분균교치료전명현강저，차치료조환자적일간증상평분、야간증상평분교대조조강저경현저，조간비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론맹로사특연합서리질치료인동해수변이성효천림상료효학절，안전성고，치득추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast combined Seretide intreatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 60 cases children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients,two groups were given conventional medical treatment,patients in the control group based on the use of this Seretide,reatment group United montelukast,the clinical efficacy and cough daytime symptom scores,nighttime symptom scores were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant(x2= 11.316, P<0.05). After treatment,daytime symptom scores, nighttime symptom score was significantly lower than before treatment, and patients treated with daytime symptom scores,nighttime symptom scores of the treatment group changed than the control group more significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined Seretide in treatment of children with cough variant asthma had clinical efficacy, is safety,should be introduced.
