目的:探讨BP1在乳腺癌组织中的临床表达及其与Bcl-2表达的相关性。方法资料随机选自2012年5月~2013年5月在本院行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者72例的乳腺癌组织标本作研究组,资料选择同一患者癌旁组织标本72例作对照组,对两组予以Westemblot和免疫组织的化学法行阳性检测,分析两组BP1蛋白的阳性表达,研究组BP1与Bcr-2表达相关性,以及BP1和乳腺癌病理因素相关性。结果研究组BP1阳性表达,比对照组BP1阳性表达高,比较差异具统计学上的意义(P<0.05);研究组Bcl-2的蛋白阳性表达和BP1阳性表达具正相关性(P<0.05)。研究组BP1的阳性表达和乳腺癌病理因素中PR、ER和C-erb-B-2具相关性(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织内的BP1蛋白阳性表达,可同乳腺癌的发生、发展相关,且可与Bcl-2的上升表达的促进具相关性,具有一定临床研究和应用价值。

목적:탐토BP1재유선암조직중적림상표체급기여Bcl-2표체적상관성。방법자료수궤선자2012년5월~2013년5월재본원행수술치료적유선암환자72례적유선암조직표본작연구조,자료선택동일환자암방조직표본72례작대조조,대량조여이Westemblot화면역조직적화학법행양성검측,분석량조BP1단백적양성표체,연구조BP1여Bcr-2표체상관성,이급BP1화유선암병리인소상관성。결과연구조BP1양성표체,비대조조BP1양성표체고,비교차이구통계학상적의의(P<0.05);연구조Bcl-2적단백양성표체화BP1양성표체구정상관성(P<0.05)。연구조BP1적양성표체화유선암병리인소중PR、ER화C-erb-B-2구상관성(P<0.05)。결론유선암조직내적BP1단백양성표체,가동유선암적발생、발전상관,차가여Bcl-2적상승표체적촉진구상관성,구유일정림상연구화응용개치。
Objective To explore the clinical expression of BP1 in breast cancer tissues and its correlation with the expression of Bcl-2. Methods 72 breast cancer tissues samples from 72 patients of breast cancer who were randomly selected and underwent surgical treatment from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were as the study group,and 72 carcinoma tissues samples from the same patients were as the control group.The patients of two groups were done the positive test by the Westem blot and immunohistochemical methods,and the positive expression of BP1 protein of two groups,correlation between expression of BP1 and Bcr-2 and between expression of BP1 and pathologic factors of breast cancer in the study group were analyzed. Results The positive expression of BP1 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The positive expression of Bcl-2 protein and BP1 in the study group had positive correlation(P<0.05). The positive expression of BP1 and PR,ER and C-erb-B-2 in pathological factors of breast cancer had correlation(P <0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of BP1 protein in breast cancer tissues is associated with the occurrence and development of breast cancer,and can promote the rise of the Bcl-2 expression,has a certain clinical research and application value.
