目的:探讨脑梗死患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)与梗死体积、梗死部位、神经功能缺损评分的关系。方法选取发病24h以内的脑梗死患者145例作为病例组,健康体检者50例作为对照组,分别检测两组空腹血清NSE浓度及完成病例组入院时的颅脑MRI、中国卒中量表评分(CSS)等资料。结果大梗死灶组血清NSE浓度高于中、小梗死灶组血清NSE浓度(P<0.01);病灶部位不同各组比较血清NSE浓度无统计学意义;神经功能缺损评分高的脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度高于评分低的脑梗死患者血清NSE浓度(P<0.01)。NSE浓度与神经功能缺损评分、梗死体积的Pearson秩相关分析呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论NSE水平与梗死体积及神经功能评分有关,可作为判断急性脑梗死患者病情严重程度、临床转归及预后的重要生化指标。

Objective To explore the relationship between the serum neuron-specific enolase (neuron-specific enolase,NSE)level with stroke volume、area of cerebral infarction,neurological deficit score. Methods 145 cases of cerebral infarction within 24h were selected as patients group,50 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group, fasting plasma NSE concentration was respectively detected ,patients,brain MRI and China Stroke Score(CSS) were completed on admitted. Results NSE concentrations in large infarct group were higher than in middle and small infarct group(P<0.01);There was no statistical significantly between the lesion region and level of serum NSE.NSE concentrations of High rating in patients with cerebral infarction higher than low rating,s(P<0.01).The Pearson rank correlation analysis between NSE concentration and neurological defect scores, infraction volume showed a significant positive correlation(P < 0.01). Conclusion NSE level is correlation to with infraction volume and neurological deficit score,it can be used as important biochemical maker to judging the severity of the disease,clinical outcomes and prognosis of ACI patients.
