针对当前使用的压电陶瓷驱动电源大多存在的使用效率低、体积大等问题,提出了一种使用效率高、动态性能好的新型 PWM 压电陶瓷驱动电源。设计以 MSK4223开关型运算放大器为核心,采用双路输出电压积分反馈的方法,提高了压电陶瓷微定位的精度,使用效率达到了80%以上,有效输出带宽可以达到2 kHz ,动态性能良好,发热量小,集成度也得到了明显提高。最后对电压反馈式开关型压电陶瓷驱动电源进行了性能测试,从而验证了在动态性能要求较高的环境下应用的可行性。
針對噹前使用的壓電陶瓷驅動電源大多存在的使用效率低、體積大等問題,提齣瞭一種使用效率高、動態性能好的新型 PWM 壓電陶瓷驅動電源。設計以 MSK4223開關型運算放大器為覈心,採用雙路輸齣電壓積分反饋的方法,提高瞭壓電陶瓷微定位的精度,使用效率達到瞭80%以上,有效輸齣帶寬可以達到2 kHz ,動態性能良好,髮熱量小,集成度也得到瞭明顯提高。最後對電壓反饋式開關型壓電陶瓷驅動電源進行瞭性能測試,從而驗證瞭在動態性能要求較高的環境下應用的可行性。

Currently, most of the piezoelectric ceramics driving power has low using efficiency, large volume and so on. The paper proposes a new PWM piezoelectric ceramic drive power with high efficiency and good dynamic performance. The design uses MSK4223 switch voltage feedback operational amplifier as the core, and adopts dual output voltage integral feedback method, to improve the precision of the piezoelectric ceramic positioning. The use efficiency is also increased by more than 80%, the effective output bandwidth can reach 2 kHz. It has good dynamic performance and less heat, the integration has been improved obviously. At last, the voltage feedback switch type piezoelectric ceramic driving power performance testing is carried out, which verifies the feasibility of application requires high performance in dynamic environments.
